For one of Slovakia's largest betting operators, we build and run a proprietary iGaming platform — from player account management and wallet through to a custom casino aggregator and native mobile apps. This is not a project with a finish line. We develop the platform in sprints, ship dozens of releases a year, and open it up to new markets alongside the client. Working on something similar?
The client
DOXXbet is an established betting operator running a hybrid business: a network of retail outlets alongside a full online product for web and mobile. Beyond its home market, it operates internationally — which places demands on the technology that a purely local solution cannot meet: multiple currencies, multiple regulatory frameworks, and local payment habits that differ in every country.
Codium is DOXXbet's long-term technology partner. We don't deliver individual modules to order — we own the platform as a whole: its development, its integrations and its day-to-day operation.
The starting point
Online betting has moved to mobile and changed the pace at which an operator has to work. Launching a new game is no longer a quarterly project — it's a matter of days. A bonus campaign has to be launchable in the morning and measurable the same evening. And all of it has to survive a load spike that arrives around one specific football or hockey match.
The original solution, built as a single large unit, was running out of room. It showed up in three ways:
Throughput at peak.
iGaming load is not smooth. It arrives in entirely predictable but extremely short waves around the biggest fixtures.
Integration speed.
Onboarding a new casino provider or payment method was slow, and each one had to be built from scratch.
Headroom for growth.
Adding a market or a new type of operation meant touching the core of the system.
So the brief was not "rewrite the system". It was to build a platform that can be extended without every change reaching everything else.
What we deliver
Codium covers end-to-end development and operation of the platform. In practice this means the client doesn't coordinate several vendors, and never has to work out who owns the seam where two systems meet.
Player account management & wallet
The core of the platform — player accounts, real-time balances and transactions, with data consistency as a hard requirement at every moment.
Casino aggregator
A proprietary unified interface for onboarding third-party game suppliers. Instead of a separate integration per provider, there is one abstraction layer.
Payment layer
Deposits and withdrawals processed across multiple payment services in parallel, including local methods in international markets.
Bonuses & loyalty
Configuration and automated evaluation of promotions, free spins, cashback and loyalty mechanics.
Back office
An administration environment where operations, customer care and risk management find the data they need in one place.

We have over 1,000 games integrated for DOXXbet today and new ones go live continuously — onboarding further suppliers and games is part of running the platform, not a separate project. The aggregator is built to carry tens of thousands, so the pace of portfolio growth is a commercial decision, not a technical one.
Smart payment engine
Routes deposits and withdrawals across multiple payment services and can switch between them.
Fewer failed payments and faster payouts. Adding a local payment method in a new market is configuration, not a separate project.
Real-time bonus & loyalty engine
Assigns and evaluates bonus conditions automatically against the transaction stream.
Marketing doesn't wait on development and doesn't credit anything by hand. The player is rewarded immediately, which feeds straight into retention.

An off-the-shelf platform doesn't cover everything. Parts of this one came directly out of the client's specific needs:
- checkProprietary bonus and loyalty mechanics shaped by how DOXXbet actually works with its players, not by what a boxed product permits.
- checkReal-time connection between physical retail and the online account — one account, not two worlds.
- checkInterfaces for international expansion, including local service providers and adaptation to local rules.
- checkBulk bonus distribution for campaigns that reach large player segments at once.
New requirements run through an agile product process:
Critical changes ship within hours; smaller product changes within days.
Some of what began as custom development for DOXXbet later became part of our wider product portfolio — the casino aggregator and the payment layer among them.
International expansion
The platform is multi-currency, multi-locale and built for differing regulatory frameworks. That's not a datasheet claim — it has been proven by entering markets outside Europe, where local payment service providers had to be connected and the rules adapted to local legislation.
This is where modular architecture pays off most: a new market means configuration and local service integration, not a second version of the platform.
